1.	IFHGS Member Society delegates are eligible for the discounted rate if they are members of any one of seven IFHGS Full Member Societies who are in good standing (meaning dues are currently paid). Student/Trainee Delegates (members and non-members) may register at the discounted rates. Postdoctoral fellows and students working toward a degree in human genetics (or an allied field) qualify for the rate. Students/Trainees will be asked to submit an official letter with affiliation letter head signed by the head of their department to meet the criteria. Students/Trainees who register onsite should bring the letter to certify current status.

The Registration fee includes:

• Access to Opening Ceremony, Get Together, and Closing Ceremony
• Access to the Exhibit Hall displaying the latest products, publications, technology and services in genetics.

The Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes:

• Eligible to participate in cultural experiences designed for accompanying persons. (Detail will be available soon.)
• Access to Get Together
• Access to the Exhibit Hall displaying the latest products, publications, technology and services in genetics.

Please note that those who registered as accompanying persons are NOT ALLOWED to attend any scientific sessions.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.

Confirmation

As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
Badges must be worn at all times while in the Kyoto International Conference Center. If you forget to wear your badge, you will be asked to purchase a replacement badge.
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the ICHG 2016 for any reason, his/her registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.

Visa

Customized letters of invitation can only be issued to confirmed registrants (those who have paid the meeting registration fees).
Those who need an invitation letter from the Organizing Committee of ICHG 2016 or those who need visa application supporting documents, please contact the congress secretariat at after your registration. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration number.
We urge you to please complete your registration by December 31, 2015, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa.
